Paper Templates
The following style files and templates are available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word:
Please only use one of the above templates and keep in mind that English is mandatory. The paper must not exceed four pages plus one additional page containing only references. Formatting hints and guidelines are provided in the templates. Please make sure that all fonts are embedded in the PDF file.
The paper submission is closed.

Oral Presentation
For the lecture sessions, the duration for the presentations will be 15 minutes (plus 5 minutes for discussion and change). A computer with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat and loudspeakers will be provided. If you use special fonts, please make sure that the fonts are embedded. If you need additional equipment for your lecture presentation, please contact us via itg2023@iks.rwth-aachen.de in due time. The conference language is English, so lectures should preferably be given in English. Lecture slides should definitely be in English.
Poster Presentation
For the poster sessions, we will provide poster boards with dimensions 196 cm x 96 cm (height x width). Please prepare your poster in DIN A0 portrait format. If you need additional equipment for your poster presentation, please contact us via itg2023@iks.rwth-aachen.de in due time. The conference language is English and the posters should definitely be in English.
Guidelines for Show&Tell
For the Show&Tell session, a poster board which allows for posters with DIN A0 portrait format will be provided along with a table and electric power supply. If further equipment or special arrangements are needed, the presenters should contact the organizers via itg2023@iks.rwth-aachen.de.
No-Show Policy
Note on non-presented papers: Any accepted paper is expected to have at least one author to present the paper at the conference. If a paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will not be published.
