Management im Ingenieurwesen
This summer semester, the block seminar "Management im Ingenieurwesen" already took place from March 24 to 28.
Participants had the opportunity to explore topics such as management and project leadership through the fictional start-up idea, “Vibes: Your personalized and intelligent DJ for every occasion.” The “open workshop” led by Dr. Schläper received exceptionally positive feedback. In this session, he answered numerous student questions on topics such as management, human resources, and job applications. This interaction provided excellent preparation for future leadership roles in projects, teams, and organizational structures. The soft skills conveyed during the seminar are crucial for the engineering profession and cannot be learned as comprehensively in any other course.
